Refund Policy

Since Freedomconsciousness.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods and services there will be no refunds once the order is processed and the download link is sent, the personal recording has been started or 72 hours before the time of a personal session is scheduled. By making a purchase you are responsible for understanding this. However, we realize that there may be exceptional circumstances with regards to your order.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for a refund for the following reasons:

• non-delivery of the product: if you do not receive the email containing your download link. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you do not receive an email with your download links and purchase details within 1 hour of your purchase. All claims must be submitted to our Support within 5 days of your order. Otherwise your purchase will be considered received and downloaded.  We keep the right to rectify this by sending you (a) new link(s) within 72 hours of submitting your claim.
• download issues: it may happen so that you are having problems downloading the product. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to our Support within 5 days. If you do not contact us, you agree that we may construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a “download issue” reason.
• major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted to our Support within 5 days. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If any deficiency is approved and we fail to correct it within 72 hours from the date of the initial complaint letter or any other notification provided by a Customer, the refund will be issued to the customer in full without any compensations or reimbursements. OR, at customer’s choice, replacement of the product of the same or around the same value can be offered.
• product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Support within 5 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
• Specifically created products such as personal recordings are non refundable, as they are created to your specific needs and requirements. A refund can only be granted if the creation of the recordings has not been started yet. As soon as the work on the custom product has started a refund is not possible.
• Cancellations and re-scheduling are possible up to 72 hours before the appointment begins, after that no refund will be granted. Refunds for completed personal sessions are not possible.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some devices. Please ensure that your device is able to play MP3 and MP4 files and that downloads of third party files are possible. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with all devices and operating systems and we do not provide support these issues.
