You will probably agree with the ‘Open Your Heart’ part of the title of this insight, but I am sure many may scratch their head about the ‘and Let Go of all Protection’ part right now.
I know this might sound strange and might even feel a bit scary to you.
We are taught to protect ourselves from all the perceived ‘evil’ forces and the dangers that are seemingly everywhere around us. Waiting to get us wherever we go. And for many it absolutely seems to be this way (I have been there as well).
We grow up being taught to be careful and wary about everyone and everything that is foreign and unknown, as we might get hurt if we are not careful.
Every time we go out into the world it seems like we need to be bracing ourselves for battle, feeling the need to put on huge shields, even if they are only of energetic nature.
We do this so that we can and will not be hurt by all the bad forces and energies that are lingering out there. Waiting for us to let down our shields so they will be able to get us.
Even in the so called New Age movement many are teaching to surround ourselves with energetic shields, so the negative entities, energies and so called dark forces will not be able to get to us and have their way with us.
And now I am saying that you should open your heart and let go of all protection???
Even though it might seem counterproductive, this is exactly what you need to do for the perceived negative forces, energies and entities to stop being able to get to you and never have to protect yourself ever again.
Let me explain this to you a bit more: The Universe likes to take things very literal and if we are protecting ourselves from something or someone we are putting our focus and our energy on the very thing we want to avoid.
The more we protect us and thereby give something power and energy, the more we fear something and run away from it - the more the Universe will bring the very things that we try to avoid to us.
To the Universe (which is neutral and not polarized) this seems to be something we enjoy, so will bring us more of this into our lives. Until we finally get it and say ENOUGH.
Enough of all the survival-based mechanisms, all the fear-based beliefs and all of the protective layers that we were taught that we have to surround ourselves with.
All those mechanisms in reality bring the very things that you are trying to protect yourself from into your life.
Opening your heart with no strings attached, removing all the protective layers that you have surrounded yourself with, letting go of all the shields and even dropping those weapons that you are told are necessary to fight off all the perceived demons, will finally bring you the freedom, peace and love that you have been longing for.
Doing this will not make you more vulnerable to humanity and all the perceived dark forces.
To the contrary - by doing this you are opening your arms wide to the whole Universe and all of yourself. Letting go of all control, letting your higher levels take over and letting the Universe protect you, as the Universe is much bigger than humanity and all the perceptions of dark forces added together.
Opening your heart and letting go of all protection will take away all the power from the lower levels of existence as you stop giving them power. It is the beginning of the transcendence of survival, control and fear, as you are waving good bye to all the man made and mind-based structures and start to say hello to all of yourself and the whole Universe and beyond.
By doing this you will naturally start to emanate your true magnificence, your true presence, that is being kept from shining by all the protective layers. Your presence will emanate through all the perceived negative forces, they will stop being able to get to you, as their frequency is much lower then yours. They will cease to be able to have any power over you.
Starting to trust in yourself and the Universe, instead of all the nonsense that you have been taught and that you have bought into. Trusting in your heart, which is the portal to all of yourself and the whole Universe.
Opening up to your own grandness and magnificence. Opening up to a life that is full of love, enjoyment and fun.
A life In-Joy that is ever growing and ever expanding.
