Expressing Love
Expressing love in the old paradigm is something that is only reserved to those that are nearest and dearest to us. Which for many means only the immediate family and sometimes their closest friends.
We are expected to love those people within our birth family and love them dearly, which of course also means that we have to fulfill and fit into their expectations and what they believe love is.
We are taught that the family bond is the thickest and that those within our immediate family always have to come first. There even is a beautiful saying that blood is thicker than water – meaning that your blood line and family DNA always connect you to your family and that you should be like them. It also means that you have to adhere to family traditions as well as certain behaviors and rules that run within your family.
Expressing love is only socially acceptable within those parameters. Everyone outside the family is automatically regarded as less important as they are considered to be ‘outsiders’.
This concept again is based on a mind based society, where most people love conditionally. This love is actually just an emotion, as it is based on conditions that have to be fulfilled to be worthy of the love of another.
The very fabric of the universe is pure consciousness, pure light, pure love - that has no polarities and no judgements. It is the very fabric that everything is made of and it is the essence of your being-ness.
Every human is part of and comes from this source that is pure light and love, which makes every human pure love made manifest. And if we take off all the layers of conditioning, all the belief systems and let go of the ego, this is what is left.
A divine human being embodying and emanating its presence, which is pure love made manifest. Divinity within a body, the body as an instrument to be able to feel all this love and light that the universe is made of and that every human being is part of.
Without all the layers, there is space for the realization that there is no separation, opening space for the truth that all of us are family, as all of us are coming from the same source and therefore have the same parent.
Expressing love is so much more than just focusing our attention on one special person and limiting that to the chosen one or only your immediate family and closest friends.
It means embodying your presence, the essence of the love that you are and emanating that outward, showering everyone with your unique, beautiful light and love, that only you can emanate. Your specific unique frequencies, tones and colors, your magnificent tone and expression of the love and fabric of all that is.
Letting everyone have part of your unique beauty and your beautiful unique expression of light and love. Your unique embodiment of creator incarnate. Emanating its beauty, adding its beauty to creation. Not holding back, not confining yourself and thereby the love that you ultimately are.

Creator expressing its love to all of creation, connecting with and connected to all of creation, dancing with and within all of creation. Acknowledging the equality of everyone and everything.
A being accepting its uniqueness, knowing full well that it is not separate. That ultimately everything comes from the same source. Knowing full well about its power and magnificence, yet using it with integrity and honor, playing and dancing with all of creation.
Expressing the love that you are requires leaving all the old mind based systems behind. It requires living from the heart without an ego, so all that you are can integrate, embody and express within the body. It requires no holding back, emanating your pure divine presence, which is nothing but love. It requires full acceptance of yourself and it requires allowing.
It requires dropping from a mind based existence into a heart based life, opening your heart, letting go of all the armor, arms wide open to all that you are and the whole universe.
It requires accepting your sovereignty, yet knowing that everything is part of All That Is. Knowing full well that you are not a just drop within the mighty ocean but the mighty ocean within the drop.
